Founded in 1997, Ameresco E·Three (which stands for Energy Efficient Expertise) is an energy consulting and services company with offices in Nevada serving the Western States. Ameresco E·Three specializes in energy performance contracting, energy consulting, and project management of energy and conservation projects in Nevada including the development and operation of large energy plants. Ameresco E·Three built and operates the City Centre District Energy Plant that provides retail chilled water for air conditioning needs to several customers in downtown Las Vegas.
